We’ve recently partnered with the Inara team to help us find two integral hires for the next stage of our journey here at Fuzzy Labs. When Toby first came to us offering his expertise to find our Head of Engineering, we were slightly sceptical, but after getting to know him through the Manchester event scene we decided to put our trust and faith in him and the Inara team.

The level of detail the team went into when it came to understanding Fuzzy Labs, the leadership team and the roles we had available was fantastic, and you can see how much this helped with the quality of people we were introduced too. The process the team then followed to give all parties involved a seamless hiring experience was amazing.

After working with the team for a short while we ended up opening up another role to them and asked them to help us find our next MLOps Tech Lead. We were again very impressed with the speed at which they were able to find us some amazing people, but most importantly was the quality of the people we were meeting.

Well having just left a role I had been in for over 7 years, Kate was a fantastic sounding board for my many questions about the fun and games of job hunting. She was excellent at drawing out some of my skills and experiences that I had overlooked or maybe not valued as highly as I should.
